My LCA bushings are shot..actually its causing quite a noisy rattle and its beyond annoying. I plan on buying the ES bushing set either from here or advanced auto. Can you remove and install by yourself? or do you have to have a shop press them out and the new ones in? Also, does the ES bushing kit come with all bushings for both sides? or do I have to buy one for each side? Thanks!

God bless,
Matt

yeah i did and read up on a few LCA things other people posted after you got me on the last question I had. but i put up both of the questions at the same time earlier b4 searching. lesson learned. But I did read that i think kevlo said the ES bushing were noisy over oem? is this confirmed?

Yes, they must be pressed in.. no way around this.
Yes, I have a slight squeek in the right control arm, ever since installing the ES bushings.. but Im pretty sure it was because the use of the supplied grease was omitted!
I love mine and Im never looking back.. lol.

i heard the red ES set is louder than the black. if you have a choice, go with the black (more self-lubing graphite i think).
