i changed mine during the summer, took an hour of frustration before realizing my skinny hands slid into that hole lol
but really, it should take under 10mins

unplug that connector in the way and get urself a skinny friend

nice bite initially on 1st gear, def huge difference from a non working ks

Yeah, the ks will always be a hot topic in the org. Most maxima owners don't even seem to know what a ks even is

I guess that's what were all here for

Lock it? This thread just motivated me to change mine. Sears flex head 3/8 ratchet ($22) + ebay OEM KS ($50 shipped) + Duct tape to protect wrist and hand (works great), cleaned the TB, and I'm back in business. Look for me flying on the NJ Tpk.!

The KS is a very sensitive piece of equipment. You may have damaged it.

Might be time for another one

I just bought one off of ebay, and it came in sealed Nissan packaging, just like the other OEM parts I buy from Dave B.

ECM?

Its a simple connector plug in.

well it was knocking like it never was at cold start yesterday, but all is fine, for now. But any more problems, I'm ordering the OEM from Dave.
