Questions about 95 Maxima SE

Hi everyone
I am planning to buy a 95 Maxima SE.
I got a few questions. I'll be pleased if someone can answer.
1- The car has 92000 miles on, anyone has price suggestion?(equipped with Bose sound system). I tested car it really was fun driving.
2- The leather on the steering wheel is somewhat torned on the top. How much would it cost to repair that?
3- what are the yearly maintenance costs for the car?
4- what major troubles can this car give on this mileage? (breaks . timing belt, .... ?)
5- Overall any suggestions or ideas about the car will be really helpful

I really apologise if this is an off topic thread.
Sincerely
O. Berk USTA

1.)About 9K
2.)Wheelskins. You can buy them online and put them on yourself.
3.)Regualr fluids are about all. The maintence schedule is in the owners manual.
4.)Starter is rather weak from the '95. Other than that, some people have oxygen sensor issues, but those are rare.
5.)Read this site and glean information and suggestions off of it.

Timing Chain - Not a belt

Also, the 1995 and later models are equipped with a timing chain instead of a belt, so you should never have to replace this unless there is a major malfunction or the engine has been severely abused.

This is a great car to own & drive. Find the right one & you'll be very happy!

if you go to www.nadaguides.com you get a quote on the price of the car and the car is actually only worth about $8k for retail and $6k for trade in. you be the judge on that.

i got my 95 with 50000 miles and payed $11000 with bose leather sunroof. watch out for the o2 sensors. i had to replace 2 of them with 2 months of purchase. other than that get regular oil changes and use 93 octane. oh by the way, wash and wax, it sure is a great looking car
