I personel think those metal gasket are all the same size.....They're all the same primary p/n 20692M from 95-03, but they're virtually indestructible as I've said before...I've reused them for 7 yrs thru 3 exhaust system setups......

Good to know. Brian says he included all new gaskets except for the one at the end of the cat to the beginning of the b pipe. I guess he was figuring on people re-using the metal gasket as well. You guys that have replaced your own exhaust have any problems backing out the O2 sensors? This will be my first time replacing an exhaust on my own.. any tips to make the job easier are welcome.

Spray the threads with PB Blaster a few times, waiting several minutes between applications. When you put it back in, pre-wind the O2 sensor in the counterclockwise direction so that when it's fully tightened, the wiring looks good and not all bunched/tangled up from being twisted.. Also, add just a touch of anti-seize as well.

Yesterday, I went back to where we did the original mock-up and had the 3" system installed. It was also a good opportunity for Scott the fabricator to see it installed in person and check the alignment of things. We noticed it would bang the trailing arm under moderate to heavy movement as Brian pointed out, hence his comment about the need for more rigid exhaust hangers.
I was relieved to see that the tip fell where it should be. Looks great IMO.
Also, keep in mind guys, you'll notice that the exhaust gets really close to the car where the muffler and Bpipe flange is located. Use the back of a hammer or something and push the heat shield up an inch to give you some additional clearance and to avoid it banging in the future.
On with the pics....

WTF... no one has these dam exhaust hangers locally, is everyone installing dam exhaust these days?!. I found the walker 35725 for 15 bucks each on some summit website... kind of expensive for a dam piece of rubber.

I found the Walkers for 15 a piece on some website. If you search around more then you can find them for 5 or 6 bucks 
. I couldn't find the 35460 ones though.
Wiz, care to post where you found the Nismo ones? Part numbers?

Website works now. Do I need to order 4 of the Nismo 20651? The reason I ask is because Brian listed two different part numbers for the walkers exhaust hangers. He said to purchase 3 of the one part number and 1 of the other. For Nismo, its only one part number.. so I just want to make sure Im getting the right ones.
I'm going to try my luck with just the 3 Nismos at the muffler for now. If it still bangs, I'll track down the other one and order two of them (double up). I'll explain more shortly.
BTW, the Nismo hangers arrived today.
Nothing exciting, but pics to follow.

No, you order 3 of the Nismo ones if you wish. All three go where the muffler is. Nismo doesn't make an equivalent for the one upstream, although it just might work. (I'm under the car right now and it's the distance between the holes is only slightly more)

Hey fellas, I checked with a local Napa and they can order the Walker ones and have them for me today! they are only 4.95 each, so I'll just use those with the hose clamp like Brian mentioned. He told me the 5th gen guys are using the same method and that its working out well for them. Hopefully this weekend I can get mine installed.

Maxprivate and I were just chatting on the phone and he mentioned there's a lot of discussion about expensive hangers. The NISMO hangers are very robust, but very expensive, though I think they're easier to get now than they were a few years ago when they were very "grey market".
Let me "re-add" my $.02 to this. Try out the standard, run-of-the-mill rubber hangers with a small hose clamp around the outside. Tighten up the clamps to limit movement, but not enough to crush or deform the hanger. It works great, and you can adjust the clamps to hold the system as tight as necessary, move and hold the b-pipe slightly to either side, up or down, etc. to prevent rattling under stress or fine-tune the position of the tip in the valance cutout. Even the $15 hangers don't provide adjustability.

I think that even with clamps, fresh rubber is a good idea (actually I think fresh rubbers are always a good idea, hate those used ones 
). Not sure if they have to be the $15 variety, but start out with new.

Attempted to install the exhaust on my own yesterday and what a pain the ****! All the bolts are rusted to ****! even letting the PB blaster soak for hours didn't help much. After using some WD 40 and a large pipe wrench was able to free the bolt on the muffler flange. That took almost 40 min for one bolt.
I realizes between school, exams this weekend, and work I just don't have the time to do this. Im just going to suck it up and pay to have it installed.
For you guys that have installed your 3" Cattman.. Did you guys buy the larger 2001 2001 maxima gasket for in between the cat and beginning of B pipe? It supposed to have a bigger hole to match the now larger exhaust opening.

Ordered mine today. We'll see how well this 3.5 breathes after the install. I'll try and get a good sound clip afterwards. Mods are in my sig...
