Similar to a modded 240SX, S15, whatever you wanna call them. Originally Posted by tigersharkdude

I said similar!
But seriously I've been obsessed with those cars for a long time I think when I'm out of college and in a job the first large amount of debt I'm gonna dive into is to get a 240 and get the fancy JDM body kit for like $10,000, then a new engine, and SUPER expensive wheels, and when she is all done. Go cry at the amount of money I spent on a car.

So i finally got my HKS exhuast mounted properly... i know it been a LONG time.. but are some pic

My buddy did used my old exhuast, and fixed the angle...

We had to use this lift ... Because i stayed with my exhuast running under my rear axel idea.. this way in the kept the suspension under load and we could be the exhast high and tight as possible...

The exhuast was later adjusted, we got worried about the Stillen lip kit and rear bumper roasting...

Tmw is the big day ... i will finally be doing my last tune and dyno runs... I will try can get videos made.

nice progress so far. really like what you have done with this car, specially the paintjob. IMO paint the intercooler black, it takes away from the car.

Jesus this Max is amazing. I love everything done to it. Keep up the work!
I also envy the shop you get to work in. Lots of nice cars in there to work around

Ummmm......yeah. It's industry standard to use a 4post lift when doing exhaust work for the very reasons you described. Originally Posted by Keem

Thanks for sharing the pics. Lookin' forward to your dyno results.

sounds gorgeous...theres no way to angle that exhaust without running above the axle like its setup stock is it? i want to run a similar axleback

That looks so nice, man. Congrats on getting it fixed up right!
One thing though... how on earth do you change your rear right tire if the exhaust runs right under the axle? When you jack the car up does the suspension not decompress and hit the exhaust?

LOL i can barely get a road side jack under my car, and its going lower.... and i have a full system in my trunk .... and or Spare anyways... i have a Huge CAA or (AAA in the states i think its called ) lol.. cause even if i got a flat in the front, it wouldnt clear the brakes....

With coilovers, the suspension doesn't nearly decompress the same as OEM suspension. In fact, it pretty much stays in the same spot. That's how it is on my Maximas.Originally Posted by 95Maxed

So, Keem, have you had the car out on the road yet? I wanted to see how the front bumper was holding up if youve gone triple digits yet... what exactly did you use to bond the materials together... because fiberglass wont seem to cut it!
