weird noise under steering wheel....

my car makes a weird noise likke something metal clanging
with each other.
it sounds like it's coming from under my steering wheel but
i dont know what it is...anyone know whats causing
this noise is?

Does it happen often or only when you turn or hit a bump?

happens all the time, everywhere i drive....it's just
louder whenever i hit a bump

remove the lower panel below the steering column(the one the fuse-panel cover is attched too) and make sure that the metal plate behind there is fastened securly, x2 10mm bolts

.. should do the trick!!
