thankfully i didnt see any smoke
gna try some fuses but i knw its NOT the tail lamp bc thats working
thats wat im trying to ask if theres a SPEICIFIC fuse for the cluster/climate control

like i said the bulbs only work one way if the dont light up pull the bulb tur it clockwise until it sits flush then lock it in place and turn the illumination on
it should work then

this is what your bulbs should look like in a 95 96 left are the stock roght altered with LED's
installed notice neo 5's for blinker lights and high beam
^ Before i installed them did a little switcheroo
god my camera f$%^in sucks but the basic idea looks soo nice with the white bezle and blue blinker lites

when you say the whole cluster isnt turning on you mean the speedo and tach and other gauges dont give you readings or the illumination doesnt work?

the "illumination" fuse was bad
changed it and now works

Would be great if someone did a clear writeup to clear up the confusion like, which bulb on the pannel controlls what ? numbers for parts and years, almost guranteed to be a sticky

just received and installed NEO5's! ill take pics when it comes night time! they look hawt though! two thoughts, the plastic is extremely soft and a screwdriver kinda knarled it up a bit. also, there are a few dim spots but over all it looks good and will probably be better in the dark. I will DEFINITELY be buying more though! so easy for a very nice blue color!

Pics of the blue. Since you are 99 I can see exactly what it would look like in my car

wow i love the color on the gauges but i dont know if i like the needles being almost invisible..
if i do this ill def have to do the led needle mod to brighten them up or is there an easier fix? btw those gauges do look sick..
i cant decide if i want to go with reds or that color blue its much easier to find parts in red.. but that also makes them alot more common

so, i found these bulbs and they will plug right into the bulb housing for the clusters and they come with 4 leds... 4 are brighter than 1... so ill get these and see how they turn out. http://besthongkong.com/index.php?cPath=10_60
also, as far as swapping out needles from my red to the black/clear ones i have, how will that affect the position of where my speedo/rpm reads. because i know they needle rests on the nipple part on the gauge and that you have to twist it off, but how do you know where to "shaft" part needs to be to put on the needle?
