If your not running OEM maxima 15 inch wheels, it will throw off your speed, but i never heard of 15mph, I run 18s, 235/40/18 and my speedo is off by about 3 MPH

Does it read 3mph when you're not moving?

Nope as soon as I turn the key to accessory it jumps to 15 mph and when I turn it off it slowly drops to about 3-5 mph so it never really reaches 0 anymore. I haven't had the time to look at it cause I have been rebuilding a lawnmower motor so I have a snowblower
