spare tire cover

whattup org im having trouble remembering exactly what to search to find this. i remember a thread a while ago where someone was selling a strong reinforced cover for the spare tire in the trunk. for people with sub boxes and ****.

it was like thick wood that went in the spot that the flimsy cardboard goes OEM. they were like 50 bucks?

yeah ive got two kenwood 12s and an kicker amp with a pretty generic crappy box which is next in line to get replaced. also my trunk is completely fatmatted with rattletrap.

I'm going to be getting woofers soon. Did you remove the trunk lining on the sides to apply the deadener?

Better than that.....I used some styrofoam (construction) paneling cut to fit and super freakin light! Mine is about 1/2" thick and durable! Spray it's entire top and both surfaces with FlexSeal and it'll act as a sound insulator as well!
