Wheel continuing to rotate with E-Brake up?

Wheel continuing to rotate with E-Brake up?

yesterday when i was changing my rims i noticed that one of my wheels kept on rotating freely while i had my e-brake up and everything..anyone know anything about this?

you might need to tighten your parking brake cable...

Confirm the cable isn't seized up inside the housing, particularly the lines running from the center of the car to each wheel.

its either your cables seized up or your calipers seized up. Hopefully its just your calipers since it's an easy fix. Cables are a pain to replace since you have to drop the exhaust, remove all those heat shields that have bolts that like to snap off, and have to remove the center console to get to the cables.

yeah hopefully im starting to fix up this car and as i got fixing one thing another problem shows up lol but hopefully its nothing crazy...its just the rear passenger side wheel that does this so idk imma have to get under the car one of these days
