Looks good, but you should of made a equal length y-pipe.

Sorry it's looking good but you'll need to joggle the ypipe a little at the end....I would mount this or support it under the car to ensure you're clearing all obstacles....take your time and you'll love that final product!

Thought about doing equal length y. Im going to fab this one up and then probably work on a second one

cmax, this is a pre-mock. I havnt even added tack welds yet... I am going to put it up underneath the car. The joys of working at an auto shop

Yeah I did the same with a tubing kit for my 3rd gen...Just take your time and double check everything several times even before tack welding! Make sure all your tubing exterior and interior are deburred and flawless.....It's all about attention to details and you look like your doing a good job comparitively speaking with some of the cheap a$$ chop jobs I 've seen on this Org...and they really thought they did something special! Yours is looking stellar, so keep up the good work!

^ this. Better performance and sound. Good job on the custom work though. It's gonna look good when it's finished.

If you make a equal length y-pipe maybe you could build a couple more? Because I would like to buy one and I'm sure there would be a couple people on the org that would buy one.

Idk maybe. My welding skills are only OK...and if I take it to the shop my stealership uses, my cost to weld it would have to be factored in. plus price of all the parts. So far on this project I spent $8 plus tax. All of the tubing and the y collector came from warrantied exhaust systems, aka free for me.

~70% welding is done. Need to get the 2.5" flex section and weld that in and need to weld up flanges and it should be done.

EDIT! FIXED!

Edit again. Just watched it... Not sure if its your recording device or the exhaust but YIKES! I couldnt live with that. No offense dude, I know you put a lot of work into it but it doesnt sound good at all... Very droney :/ Can you record a better vid with something other then the camera you used? And an outside vid thats not directly behind the exhaust... Like 2 or 3 feet to the side maybe?
