Breaks!

When my car is running the left front break is not working when i step on the break when its off and been sitting for a bit it feels normal but when running it got this loose feeling. i took the caliper apart and the piston goes in and out running and not running i bleed the breaks i had the same outcome...nothing the pads and the roters are brand new, i was thinking about replacing the master cylinder

Seals could be bad. Get a rebuild kit first before you go right to master cylinder

How do you know the caliper isn't working? Do you have a hard pull when applying the brakes the first few times? I don't understand the lose feeling?

If the caliper wasn't working, you'd get one hell of a pull in the steering from the side that's working when you applied the brake. Is that what's happening?

i took it for a lil test drive up the block at a very low speed (about 10 mph) i went to hit the brakes the pedal goes half way to the floor i'm getting no compression and i only feel the right wheel lock up if i put it to the floor i slide. I bring it back to the house i take off the left wheel there's still rust on the rotor, i take apart the caliper, compress the piston back and have my friend pump the breaks the piston comes out fine i also don't see fluid leaking from any of the hoses

How have you confirmed you have all the air out of the system. Simply depressing the brake pedal until the pistons start to move in the caliper is not sufficient.

So i bled the brakes with a clear hose and a bottle full of fluid, the right was fine no bubbles the left was squirting fluid and not sucking up any fluid from the bottle. I also pulled the master off the booster and looked inside didn't really see any new fluid inside. Checked all the lines everything was fine no leaks. Again this problem only happens when the car is running.

also car has no abs

They're brakes until they stop working, then they're breaks.
