Replaced everything - vibes around 20-25mph only

Odd one for you guys...

Under full throttle, I get a shimmy from 20-25mph. If I'm easy on the throttle, no vibes. No vibes below or above 20-25mph. The vibe is accompanied with sort of a weird wobble/squeek.

This condition has been there since I replaced all of the following:
  • Wheel Bearings
  • CV's
  • Inner & Outer TRE's & Boots
  • Swaybar Ends
  • Steering Rack Bushings
  • A-Arms
  • D2 C/O's
  • Tires
Stock motor/trans other than Warpspeed Y, hi-flow cat & mandrel bent cat back.

Is this a condition of worn motor/trans mounts? Seems that is one of the few things I have not replaced yet. Or could this be a bad CV out of the box (rare, I know but I've seen it before)

My two cents: If you have stock/original motor mounts on your 4th gen, replace all four.
ES for the bottom, and red lion on the sides IMO.

Sounds to me like you have an engine miss under load. Any engine light or codes?. Try a new set of NGK copper plugs.

Will visual inspection of the mounts yield anything? (in other words, could they look OK and still be shot?)

I have the plugs but haven't gotten around to changing them - I will try that, but it doesn't seem like a miss to me. Feels more drivetrain-ish. If that's all it is, I'll be thrilled.

I'm thinking the same thing.

Wouldn't I throw a code if this was the case? (I'll have to get it scanned)

If its not a defect detected in the primary side of a coil, then no it's not readily detected. A clogged injector or faulty plug is also not something the ECU see's directly. They can be detected by looking at the signals from the timing ring, but it's difficult for the ECU to determine a misfire like that.

Which CV's did you replace them with? It could certainly be this but likely you would feel vibrations at other times as well. I think it is a misfire issue, either a few bad plugs or a bad coil
