I'm not ****ting on the Konis but imo really not worth the money. With springs at 200 the setup ends up costing nearly a grand with shipping. At that point I'd buy bc c/o lowered at 1.8".
If you like ridding around on the bump stops buy what ever you want.

Agreed....You have given very good advice.

What more can you ask for than a person who actually has first hand experience with several different setups.

well my bump stops are already trimmed for that purpose I dont know how it feels to ride on bump stops lol...tigersharkdude has stech with monroe oem replacements (oh em gee) and he says he wished he bought better struts. He also has 17" gle rims with a 45 profile tire and he drives it daily so it must be liveable.

I mean I'll be on 15" and 60 profile with illuminas, I guess I'm just trying to gauge how the ride will be. It's my first car and my first suspension upgrade. Anyways not my thread, i'ma slap em n next week and post impressions.

They are not an upgrade on ride.

Suck Techs:

They ride OK on CSK. I run the rears on the upper setting on the Konis and they bottomed out frequently. They would need ME/MEP/Bens mounts to gain the travel back. There is just not enough spring rate or travel to warrant using them. They ride like holy hell on regular length struts. They are for looks only.

I used Ben's mounts, & that did help on the rear end.

I've had ME and Bens. They both slip. I want to try the MEP mounts but I may swap back to Ground Controls....

Bens left, Motivational Engineering right
