It is man it sucks, thats one of the reasons I miss AZ :-( no smog checks nor laws bout engine mods...

You can't blame them though, they have to do something to correct such pitiful air quality.

Yea, I love AZ. My mom lives in Tucson and I have some really great friends throughout the state. Cool place.
