will a 5th gen front windscreen fit my 4th gen
As the title states. I was just wondering if the front windscreen from that 2000 would fit my 97? Or is that completely different too?
What's a good method to remove a front windscreen? Maybe just use a heat gun and a guitar string?
Thanks again guys.
PS: the car was pretty much buried in snow they dug it out enough to get the Hood open, LOL. Which is a big reason why I couldn't get an idea of the body style and shape. Thus made it harder to tell what would fit body wise. I dug a little deeper around the tires and discovered the rims, LOL.

you can use piano wire but i find it much easier to use braided wire specifically designed to remove windshields. Hope you have a friend to help you remove it, it would make it much easier. Be careful not to chip the glass.
wire:
you can also find it locally at the bodyshop supply stores.

Thanks for the tip man. When I find a 4th Gen parts car I'll get some of that wire and bring my buddy with me.
