Rack & Pinion leak question

My 1998 has 243k miles with the original rack. My power steering fluid started leaking 2 years ago and since then I've used Lucas stop leak with success (filled from Min to Max line 4 times in the 2 year period with no steering issues). Recently I've noticed after parking the car there's a 1 inch round leak spot right below the rack center - near where the steering wheel goes down to it. No noticeable leaks near the 2 bellow boots (they're not ripped). If this leak continues/worsens, is there anything I can tighten/fix up near that part of the rack to avoid having to replace it? Thanks.

It might be possible to find a new seal. Then replace only the seal.
A little investigation might tell you where to find one.

I've learned to live with small leaks on old cars. Just feed it's habit.
