engine electrical problems. need electrical brains.
ok here it goes. to start i am very mecanicly inclined, but this one has me throwed for a loop.. I rebuilt the bottom end,and prior to this i had a issue with the engine coolent temp sensor and had code for just that. now that i rebuilt the bottom end i have multiple codes. 33(front o2 sensor) 1001 (o2sensor heater, and 1005(egr solenoid. and on top of that i cant get the throttle position sensor to adjust to the voltage specks. it reads .45 at full throttle if i pull it off the manifold and turn it all the way but not if its on. but it is supposed to be 5.0 v at full throttle and .45 and closed throttle. if i have it connected to the throttle body it will only go to 23v maby 25. and i dont have a code for the tps. wich is very wierd. far as it runnin it bucks a bit goin down the road kind in and out. idle is farily steady does jump around at times. also the alternator light stays on,but is puttin out 14v. so hope someone with electrical brains can help me out here. i am half way decient with electrical, but this is very odd.

Egr solinoid might be a blocked egr pipe. They get blocked with carbon from the exhaust.
Make sure all your hoses are on the right place, and not kinked. One of mine was kinked. All sensors checked out electrically, and air flowed properly. But still a cel. It went away when I replaced the center hose under the tb.
