MAP Sensor Relocation?

For those of us who have removed our OE intake snorkel, where did you relocate your MAP sensor and how'd you do it?

I've got mine "acceptably" re-positioned with a little bracket I fabbed up but I'm not sure I'm 100% happy with it and am wondering how everyone else has done it.

same here.

Im super charged so i had the MAF sensor relocated and installed in a custom aluminum block and had that welded to the intake elbow on my super charger. So I get all metered air into my intake manifold.

"What does that even mean Peter?"

If you're not running a MAP sensor you're...probably not Running.

edit: I concede the point that "MAP" is not the correct acronym (Nissan actually calls it a BOOST-SENSOR in the OEM parts catalog) however saying you don't run the item that the OP is referencing (even with the incorrect acronym) only serves to introduce un-necessary confusion into what is already a ridiculous soup of acronyms.

Alright then ... my mistake.

Absolute Pressure Sensor.

And for the record:

MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor

MAF = Mass Air Flow Sensor aka Mass Flow Sensor

I wasn't confused, simply inaccurate in my acronym.

i wasn't confused at all. Your Mass Air Flow sensor isn't even in that picture. You were clearly asking about the Absolute Pressure Sensor.

The OP was asking about the "Absolute Pressure Sensor".

I presume you are in fact speaking about the MassAirFlow Sensor (as you indeed wrote).

You are in fact also running an AbsolutePressureSensor in addition to your relocated MAF, are you not?

don't lose either of those screws for the pressure sensor - they are both a different length than the other "brass" emissions equipment screws and its difficult to source a replacement

i finally found mine in a tool tray and put it back on the car
