Turn signal and hazard freezing u

I tried doing a searxh in 4th gen from my phone but nothing came up. Anyone else had their turnsignal and hazard intermittently "freeze". I had to restart the car to get rhem to blink yesterday and once at the intersecrion it just remained solid until I hot the hazard button. Where do I start looking?
