Rough Cold Starts Now No Start or Stall

Started driving my VQ30 a month ago after it sat around 6months. Seafoamed it, ran great for a week until the gas got real low it started acting up, gas pedal would leave an empty throttle response then suddenly kick in and go back and fourth and then it eventually stalled, after a few tries it kicked on for a little longer with the same symtpoms, and then yet again. The last time it did it a gave it a lot of cause to keep it from stalling and it sounded like it did once when I bought an economy crankshaft sensor of rock auto (sounded horrible a lot of engine noise) pulled into a parking spot and left it until the next day when I could add a gallon to the tank, started it and it ran kinda rough for about a minute then I gave it gas and it was still running rough, after a minute or two of idling it ran fine to the gas station then home. Over the last 3 weeks it has ran fine other then when cold starting it might of needed a little throttle to get it going or avoid stalling or it would give some throttle hesitation the first 60 seconds of driving but after that ran fine. Today before work it drove real tough down the street the throttle was really in and out and it stalled when turning around to go back home. I got it home put the battery in my other car to go to work. Got home and same issue got even worse. Doesn't wanna hardly ever start, if it does it revs rough and will stall. Only engine codes I could pull were my deleted downstream O2s and a 0801 EVAP code I've had forever and ignored

Also oddly enough about a week ago the gas light randomly comes on even with a quarter tank even almost a half tank of gas

Does it spew white smoke which smells like gasoline?

I'd investigate if the fuel pressure is within specifications.

Switched fuel pumps with my other car and didn't fix it. I'll rent a pressure gauge anyways and another guess I'd have would be the coolant temp sensor so I'll test that as well tomorrow anyone else have any suggestions?

deleting 02's is going to cause the issue i think, it takes awhile to start acting up but then it'll run rough and idle weird like whats happening to your max now. i know a kid that has a n 02-03 and deleted his 02's and put on a cold air intake and the thing runs like crap now and won't get up to wot on the highway and bucks like crazy trying to get it down the road.

They are the cat converter o2's they aren't for A/F ratio like the upstream o2's they just monitor if the cat converter is working correctly

I'm thinking it's either FPR, coolant temp sensor(probably never been replaced) or the MAF. If it's any of these I will know by end of day today

I could of swore I had a quarter tank last time I drove it. Well it seems like it was just out of gas. The gauge had been iffy, I swapped the whole assembly with my other car I plan on getting a wallbro for it when I do a full 2k13 swap anyways in the next week and a half hopefully at least I know the coolant temp resistance is within spec now out of all this... I think it's passed time to break the habit of running it low on gas
