The whatchamacallit on the thingamajig.
Ok...I’ll try to explain this as best as I can. What do you call the part that the wiper blade attaches to? This part, at least on my car, is spring loaded and is what you pull up to remove old and install new wiper blades.
These things on my car are extremely weathered. I tried painting them but that turned out to look like crap.

As I recall, your's is a '95.
That being the case, the right-hand wiper arm is discontinued as a new part from Nissan and the new left-hand arm is $38.00.
Refinishing is a cheap and easy way to go ... but the original paint needs to be completely removed through either blasting or wire wheel before any new primer and paint is applied.
