What does a TSB do?

Are there any problems with my max i can say take in to the dealership and say here, fix it? I assume this is a most likely no, or else wed all know about it, but i have never heard anyone speak of this. TSB, remember when all the mustangs got new engines because they lied about the HP? that was funny.

No, a TSB is a procedure for fixing a problem that already exists, not a warranty recall for preemptively fixing a defect. You cannot take your car to the dealer and expect them to fix it for free under a TSB. However, if something fails, and there is a TSB for it, you may be able to have that claimed under warranty.
