99 max se no start problem

Well here goes kind of trying to figure it out .. at first I had no power to the dash no lights nothing so know I check all fuse good so since the positive cable is original I wiggle it and guess what got power and cranks strong but car still won’t start ... so when I put the key in and listen for the pump to turn on I hear nothing ? Check the pump fuse it’s good .. so I’m kind leaning toward a fuel pump gone out I mean it’s the original pump .. the immobile light does flash when put the key in it is not solid on the dash ... the car runs like a rape ape when running .. well I think it immobilize NATS security red light is solid trying to crank it ..ok also when I try to hook up my scanner to read codes it tells me link error.. will NATS cause it not to read the computer ?

There is probably nothing wrong with your fuel pump. If the red security light is on solid when you are trying to start the engine, you are immobilized. When the car is immobilized, NATS turns off the fuel.

Ok guys I fix my problem .. before I wiggled the positive cable I was in the fuse box pulling fuse so what happen was I went over then and I put the signal starter fuse in the wrong spot and cause no start just crank and could not connect to Ecu ..so when I put the fuse in start signal the car started right up. So how hard is it to replace the positive battery cable ?
