Fuel leaking from water separator (near carbon canister)

Occasionally I'll have fuel leaking from behind my carbon canister...

I never overfuel but the fuel leak can happen regardless of how much fuel is in the car...

Things I've done so far...
  • Replaced carbon canister
  • Replaced Evap Canister vent control valve
  • Also tested (to see if air could flow thru) Evap canister purge control VALVE (front of car)
  • AND tested Evap canister purge control SOLENOID valve (it clicks when putting a power source to it)

All tests came out fine...

I attached a video of what it looks like here...

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g2uTIXRx4TcCODozWOT1rxxULIdAepqa/view?usp=drivesdk

I also attached an image of where the water separator is...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

It sounds like you've done your homework already. I'm guessing the hose is in good shape? Hose is cheap, it may be worth replacing it with a new one and see if there's any improvement.
