Wiring problem

Not sure if this have been covered. I own a 1997 nissan maxima gxe 5speed. Yesterday when I went to start my car I lost all power to the cab of the car. My dash does not come on my windows and radio does not work. My hazards nor headlights come in. I have checked the battery all the fuses and relays under the dash and I see the hood. Batter is also new. Not sure what is going on with the car.

So you have 0 lights, 0 power, nothing to the whole vehicle? You need to first make sure the battery is charged, you might have left something on like the interior lights that drained the battery. Once you verify the battery has around 12 volts, you need to double check the main fuses in the engine bay. If those are good, youre going to have to manually trace the battery ground and battery hot wire to make sure nothing is loose or broken/disconnected

If your electrical system is healthy AND that includes the battery, whether OLD OR NEW.... your battery should be right around 13.2 volts when the car isn't running and no load.

Your Alternator when working properly and the car is running with no load averages around 14.2 volts.

If you don't have a DMM, (Digital Multi Meter) I suggest buying one, even a cheap one to get these readings. This knowledge saves replacing parts that are working and helps isolate the ones that aren't.
