Whats the diameter of the throttle body?

Whats the diameter of the throttle body?
And is there a direct replacement with a bigger diameter? I was able to do this on my old 300ZX, the 240SX throttle body was a direct bolt replacement and was 9mm bigger, gave me a nice power boost.

Yeah, I think it's prolly between 60 and 65. Maybe 62mm?
