foglight bulb wattage

i'm looking to buy the PIAA extreme whites...do i buy the:

35w = 70w, 4150K
or
55w = 110w, 4150K

i don't want to upgrade the wiring harness...just a direct swap with the stocks

stock is 55, so get 55
