Zaino stops paint chips on hood?

I've been researching the Zaino Bros' website, and getting the Zaino system seems to be a no-brainer. Where can I get Zaino other than the Zaino website, if I can at all? Cheaper?

Also, with this system is it possible that a few good coats of Zaino reduces paint chips on the hood? Just totally curious if anyone using Zaino might have noticed this.

Thanks!

You cant. There are several Zaino retailers throughout USA. But they are far and few between. Best place to get it is on their website and you will not find it cheaper. It is worth it. I got everything I need including the clay shiped for under $80. A wise investment for expensive paint on a car.

I don't think zaino will stop paint chip it will prevent oxidation and other environmental damage to the paint but I won't stop stones from chiping the paint. You will need a clear bra or something of that fashion to take care of paint chips. Zaino is a wise choice the Zaino website as mentioned is the cheapest place to get zaino. It will take about a weeks shipping to get though.

I read somewhere that any type of polish or wax will cause paint to chip less. It protects it more. But if some large rock comes along and nows your car, of course your going to have a nice chip in your paint.

I don't know if that's true or not, I just read it from somewhere.

I don't know if it help against chips, but I have had my z'd Max for almost 6 months and only had 1 chip that I had to fix. But it does help prevent swirling. After you get some good coats on it, if you do get swirls it's usually in the coats of Zaino and not the actual clearcoat so they will be easy to get out.

Paint Chips

All I can say is that I have been using Zaino since day one and at this time I have only 2 paint chips on my hood after 2.5 years (22,000 miles).

How does that compare to others?

Zaino has been the rage on the Corvette web sites for a couple of years. I have used it since then on the Vette and Max and while I think it is the best wax it can not protect bad paint.
If you take a hit you get a chip.
