Maybe I'll step up to the plate
OK, I didn't realize that everyone baled out... how 'bout this:
I'll see if I have some spare time when I get back from Jamaica on the 15th. If I do, I'll try to feel out some lawyers and see what the chances are. If you people don't hear anything from me, that probably means I forgot, so get on me about it. If you'll be willing to shell out for a dyno AFTER I send out a certified letter and all that jazz, PM me so I can put you on a list (to see if there is enough interest for me to go throught the hassel.

Im thinking Steve-o and his attourney have lost interest in this. Maybe when he gets his G35c he'll spearhead the "Lets sue Infiniti for the ugly first run decklid"
