Condensation in fog light

I've had condensation in my driver's side fog light for a while now, I thought it would just go away, but it hasn't. Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of it and how it got there? none of the other lights have condensation on them anywhere on the car. Should I try sealing the outer edge with silicone? How would I get the water out that's already in there. Thanks guys.

I'm hesistant to say this, but maybe stick the fog light in an oven on the lowest temperature setting. You would have to remove all extraneous parts like any wiring, the bulb, etc. (I forgot the assembly of the fog light). It will dry out the fog light, but you have to be careful not to melt it. After drying let the fog light cool to room temperature and check for moisture. If there is none then seal the outer edge with silicone. Don't seal it before it cools down because moisture may still be in the light!

Hope this helps.

And remember...take time with this and use patience.
