Ive noticed on my 2000 SE with electric seats that the back rest has a bit of a delay. For example strickly talking about the drivers side back rest, the passager side(of the drivers seat) seem to move first. I then have to adjust the seat to have the drivers side(of the drivers side) even out. its off by a little not alot. The seat is not broken and very firm when you try to shake the back rest. I was going to remove the rar leather panal but also need to know the propr way to remove it without braeking the clips or the backing.
