Shift Kit for 2002 Maxima

I appologize if this question has been asked before. Does anyone know if their is a shift kit that is made for a 2002-2003 Maxima? I seem to only be able to find them for American cars. I love my car but I think it takes much too long to make shifts from 1st to second. Lots of slippage or overlap.

I appreciate any help in advance.

No, not available because of the way the shifter is set up. It has something to do with how you have to push down on it for reverse.

i am assuming that you have an automatic, if so, then it is possible. you need a valve body modification. I believe a user on the board, does it, if you are close to NY, his shop is in NY.

I'm sorry. Yes I do have an automatic transmission. The automatic transmission in the 2k maxima shifts really soft. It takes for ever when changing from first gear to second while accelerating hard. Lots of overlap or slippage.
