fog install

Im about to install my PIAA H3's. I noticed the install is for the 2001's. For those of you who installed these on your 02's noticed a change in installation or is it the same? Was the installation hard?

Installation will be the same as for the 2001. The installation was not hard at all...just be sure to take your time. I did the mod without lifting the front end up, so it was a tight area to work in. If you can raise the front end up, it's defintiely a piece of cake!! BTW, you'll love the improvement the PIAAs make for the fogs.

It's not hard to change light bulbs, if you know which screw/bolts to work with. BTW, which PIAA did you get? Xtreme White?

Yeah, I put in Xtreme Whites and this weekend I did the clearance bulbs with Polarg Hyper Whites. I must say all the bulbs match up to the stock HIDs very nicely. While nothing short of HIDs will match perfectly, the PIAA Xtreme fogs and Polarg clearance bulbs make the front end lighting look very uniform. Definitely recommend doing these bulb replacements.

Yea, I bought the Xtreme Whites. I finished installing them awhile ago. It just got dark so I went and tested them out and they do look good. But after driving around and hitting some potholes they went out. So I must have not tighten something up.
But it was refreshing for the few mins I saw them.
