Yes you can get an aftermarket power moonroof. However, the main thing is to pick someone who can install the thing correctly. I have seen some guys do an incredible job, and I have seen some do an incredibly bad job. Pick carefully.

dont do it dude ,they really fukc up ur car ,u dont want anybody opening ur roof
they might take measures wrong ,immagine that ,scary lol

You're probably looking at $1000-1500 for an OEM type moonroof that tilts and slides back under the roof. I've seen aftermarket ones that retract outside the car, but that would look crappy IMHO.
Places like Ziebart do them I think...
