Amigo... make sure the you only cut the bottom of the elbow piece on the 2k3... leave the intake opening that screws onto the front near the radiator... then you run 3" or 4" hose from the hole you cut in the bottom to an opening in the bottom fairing... I used a dryer vent as a 'scoop' for the bottom... works great!

You cut a hole underneath the stock scoop. THere should be a circular piece that sticks down a few inches and is not open. Just cut the bottom part of that off to open it and route the tubing to make a "ram air" type set up.

My GAB Complete!
I did mine a little different to make it look a little cleaner. Instead of cutting the air filter holder I drilled 5/8" holes all along it. Same effect as cutting the piece off but looks less noticable. I also used 4" dryer tubing instead of the 2 1/2" shop vac tub. The 4" seems to be sucking in a lot of air. I love the lower tone of the intake overstock. Huge difference overall in throttle response, sound, and torque.
