Use Mini-Blow Torch

My best revenge is to get one of those mini-keychain size blow-torch and melt the keyhole on his car.

I have not done this yet, but I am ready to do it if someone ever steals my parking space or ****es me off.

if the glitter thing isn't for you, get shome raw shrimp or cheap fish. put some water in the bag and leave it out in the AZ sun for a week (make sure the racoons don't get it) and then pour the nice juices in his air vent. That will do it.
