I don't like any of those... Just get the Hella Angel Eyes for your fogs

I think in the foglight category, anything other than stock looks cheep... I'd say just put some nice bulbs (piaa plazma/ion crystal) in there, you'll be happy.

I want Angel eyes to but the only ones I have ever seen are 4in in diameter. My stock fogs on my 2k2 are 5in wide. I think the 1/2 in gap around them might look stupid. Does any one else have an opinion or pics of what the Hella Angel Eye Fogs will look like on a stock 2k2 bumper? I LOVE the way they look on the Auto Barn website!

Here is the link that you can purchase them in 4in wide version.
http://store.yahoo.com/rodi/opaney.html

Also, Does anyone know if anyone makes a similar product in a 5in wide version for my 2k2?

Thanks I would love to know!

I agree. I'm planning to stick some PIAAs in mine sooner or later.

yeah I already bought some PIAA H3 Super White Platinum bulbs for the stock fogs. Does anyone know if these will look good? They are just my temperary fix for the stock yellowish(Yellowish=ugly) bulbs. I will not give up on my search for angel eyes that fit my car! Some one told me that Autozone carries a similar after market product that would fit, but I dont have any(Autozone) in my area. Can any one confirm this? Thanks again!

I used the PIAA super plazma bulbs in my fog lights and one of them blew out in 5 months!!! I was told that any high wattage aftermarket bulb will do the same...over and over! The super plazma's are almost an exact match to the HID headlights and look awesome. I just installed a new set cause I bought them before I was told this, but I love the way they look and I'm gonna give it one more try and see how long they last.

Make sure you're using 55w bulbs. And don't burn the housing and wiring!!!

Are the autobarn ones perfect fits for the 2000 fog's? and how are they installed? Do I open up the stock fog housing and remove the reflector etc and replace that, or is it a whole new housing?

If you find that the .5'' gap will look stupid, you def. don't wanna buy the 4'' Hellas. If you find 5'' round aftermarket driving lights, let me know though. I have 4'' round aftermarkets & I'd like to get rid of the gap if I can find some 5'' ones out there. Anyone know of a good site to get this kinda stuff?

Go measure were you want to install them. The gxe doesnt come w/ factory fogs. Correct? So just decide where you want them and measure. Hella Angel eyes are 4in wide and are round(circle). Look at the Autobarn link to see an awesome pic on a BMW(I think).

All I have to say is PIAA 510. I have the Ion Crystal ones on my '00 and they are amazing. I believe the its like 4" 7/8ths or something around there. They fit snug with only enough gap so the bumper wont melt. I had to ghetto rig the housing with custom brackets, but they work and look amazing. They shine real wide and about as far as the high beams. No digi cam, so I can't get any pics. Check this link out:

I'm not sure which ones you should get... Both are great companies and the Hellas look bad a$$! I went with the piaa's cause I wanted the is300 look. Plus living in Chicago we get some snow, so I get better lighting in the snow. It's up to you.
