Hesitation TSB - it' been done, but what changed?
Took my car in (again) and this time had them add the hesitation TSB to the list of stuff for them to fiddle with. The TSB calls for the new programming for the ECU and I think also a new throttle body. Anyway, the hesitation in my car has been present since it was new, and I noticed it when pulling of the lot on the test drive with 5 miles on the odo.
Feels like the car is a bit stronger down low, however the hesitation is still present but just lower in the rpm range. Instead of in the 2000-3000 range I think it does it now in the 1700-2200 range. But it seems like I noticed an immediate improvement in gas mileage which could be related to the fix.
Enough rambling - it didn't cure it but wondering if anybody else's hesitation has been cured? I'm not too bent out of shape since I bought the car knowing it did this, but was kind of hoping they could fix it........

Opinions on This
I would like to have this done to my 2K just to see if it makes a difference. I already tried to get my dealer to fix this once with no luck.
I explained to them I get hesitation (bucking) in first and second gear when the car is cold. Also, between 1500-2000 RPM's if I left off the gas the car bucks badly in second gear. It's similar to the feeling if you try to downshift incorrectly and the clutch has to compensate and you get a stop/start movement.
Someone suggested if the dealer won't just do it, to pay them for a half hours work (~$37) to do the update. I think it's probably worth it. What do you guys think?

can't get it fix...
I went to different dealerships and none of them say there's a problem. They just blame on the intake or say there's no recalls for them. I don't want to push cause I'm in Canada and they don't get TSB as quickly as the states.
Is there anyway to check if the TSB for hesitation apply to my car WITHOUT going to the dealer??
peace!
