How much to install UDP on 2003

What is a fair price to expect to pay to install an unorthodox racing pulley on a 2003 maxima.

i think around 100 dollars....i found some guy to do it for me for 50 but wen he tried to install it he couldnt take out the bolt...so then i had to find soemone alse....he didnt say 100 but i thinkit would be around there....i still havent installed it....
