Beware the Frankencar intake with no support bracket.
Long Story below:
I have had my Frankencar intake installed for around 10K miles. I used one of the stock bolts that were from my stock intake. Well, it kept coming lose and one time I tried tightening it, it snapped. Therefore I drilled the bolt out, but I decided to leave the bolt off. BIG MISTAKE. Last night I pull into the garage and notice that my car is smoking from under the hood. I started fraking out. Turns out that the Frankencar rubbed a small hole in the AC line. For your own benifit, I recommend to secure your Frankencar or suffer the consequences.
Here are pics.

I have a connection at an Infinity dealer. Thanks t56gen3 for the hookup. It will be around 57 for the line and a couple of bucks for the O rings. The guy is also going to let me use the devise to drain and refil the AC. This really sucks. Now I really wish I would have bought the Injen.

Similiar experience here with a PR intake expect it was not my AC line but one of those brake lines shown in the picture. Lost all brake fluid and eventually the brakes. Had to have it towed to the dealer and have that line replaced (it went to the front left brake).

125F+ doesn't matter if it's wet or dry, still unbearable. I've been to El Paso, it aint sheit.
I thought humidity is better for performance?
