Is it just me or does anybody else think...

that the spare tire cover/lid is a piece of crap? Mine is warped and sags down to almost the temp spare. Has anybody made a new one that is nicer.

Had the same problem. Took the old one and cut all the foam off of it. Slide fillet knife or something else like it under the foam pieces to get off. You'll notice a lot of small holes in the stock cover. Lay old stock piece on 1/8" plywood and trace pattern. Mark all old hole locations for putting new foam back on. Cut plywood, hot glue foam back on and pop rivit plastic positioners back on. Made mine out of oak plywood and sealed both sides. Sorry no pictures. Takes about a half an hour, little more if your are a clutz. Works great! Good luck.

Yeah mine sags like a beotch. I have my sub box sitting on top of it, and it sags so much it keeps the sub from sliding around too much
