Signal Error Protection.

If they're talking about the CEL, then it may not be a very good thing, cuz its blocking engine trouble codes....(ie. fooling a censor)

I dunno, i may just be talking outta my @$^

i think someone may have posted this before either in here or in general. i woud skeptical as im sure you are but something that will give the gain of a y pipe and only takes 15 mins just seems to good to be true. i wont say it doesnt work but its hard for me to believe adjusting air/fuel ratio will give 10-20 hp on an N/A maxima. i sure wont be the first to test it out, even though its really cheap just because it seems too good of an outcome, ie the tornado air.

Stage 1

I have it, I put it on when I installed my Air Intake. Not sure of the gains it gives the Maxima but I will say my Maxima gets great gas milage and has no hesitation whatsover through all gears. Isn't this what everyone is trying to do, get more air into the engine and push more air out.

have you ever run without it connected then with it on back to back to see if there is a difference? exactly what does it connect to?

It splices into the wire of your Maf Sensor. The red and I believe if I remember correctly the yellow wires on your Maf. So what you do is Splice the yellow and red wires, hook up the box with clips they give you and its all set. If you don't like it or don't want it, you just use the clips they give you and remove it. The clips allow you to remove the box and wire it back to it's original way
