Is tsb service free? Sorry guys this's my first new car (2k3) and I don't want to call the dealer and sound stupid.

 

tsb is a technical service bulletin.. you usually have to demonstrate (or they will) that your car actually has the problem... so if you say "my rear windows have a lot of wind noise" they have a service bulletin for that and a test for it, and if it really is that they'll fix it.

but if it's under warranty just take it to them and ask them to fix whatever problem you're having.

Just for my clarification purposes... I am out of warranty I think (I bought the car in Jan with 59k and now have 85k miles) am I under any warranties or do i void all of them since i bought it used? Or can I still prove my problems with the TSB and get stuff fixed... thanks 4 ur help
