greddy exhaust question

Hey I just installed the greddy evo but I have a question. When I am at a light i like to step on the gas to hear the exhaust onlty problem it that I hear the noise pretty much underneath the drivers side. I had my brother stand behind the car and he really didn't hear the grumble, he said it was coming from under the car. Could something be loose or not on correctly?

what kind of noise. At least describe that.
If it's the exhaust sound, then that's normal because you're closer to the driver's window. So you'll hear it from there. And vice versa if you were in the passenger seat. That's how it is with my HKS. But describe the sound you're talking about.

The metal Gasket that goes b/w the B-Pipe and Cat. Did you make sure that gasket is not busted. Make sure the B-pipe and Cat connection is Tight, and Also B-Pipe to Rear section is tight. You used good gaskets right. Paper/cardboard would burn out b/c of heat and cause a leak.

New exhaust systems often smell funny after installation. Possibly check your Y-pipe connections a well.

Also make sure that the bolts are tightened up and no gap in between the B pipe and the muffler piece, and before the Bpipe. Because if even a slight bit of air escapes in between the exhaust noise will get louder.

^ Yup, be sure everything is tight. If it was loose, the heating will make it even more loose than b4.

I just removed the metal gasket between cat and b-pipe, and found out that the gasket is broken in 2 pieces. Where can I get a new gasket? Will the stock gasket work or should i order from Greedy?

You can either get one from GReddy or from an autoparts store... those are 2.5"... the stock gasket is smaller.
