Is the Dealer Screwing Me??
I took in my 2000 se yesterday for the tsb on slipping A/T. The nissan folks drove it around and said that it shifted perfectly. I mean, it's not really that noticeable because i told them that going into third gear, the rpm's get stuck for like a quick second at 3 and then drops. The nissan mechanic said that this is normal especially for a car with this mileage. I got 56,900 miles on it. Should i take it back? Are they trying to screw me?

Sounds like it. Get ready for a uphill fight. Or ask around and see if there are service centers in the area that have fixed this no hassle and go there.
To test find a nice long hill and coast up it at quarter throttle then lean on the throttle somewhat hard (not stomp) to 1/2 or 3/4 open throttle a slip if any will most likely show itself there.
