Stillen intake 00 vs 02

I saw a used stillen intake for sale but it's for an 02 model maxima. What's the difference between this and the one for the 2k? Would it fit?

mounting bracket. i had a 2k1 intake on my 2k2 and just had to bend the bracket to line it up to the hole it mounts to. if there is more than im not aware of it.

The MAF is a different size, the 02+ is a larger diameter, and so the velosity stack is narrower for the pre 02's.
