I just recently noticed a scratching noise from the engine. It sounds like as if metal was rubbing against metal. It seems to come from the passenger side of the engine where the belt is. it is louder when the car starts up and gets softer after it warms up.

Anyone know what is causing this? Also would this be cover under the 3 year 36,000 warranty?

Pretty much anything is under the 3 year 36,000 if it sounds like that I think
