Ground Effect Lights

Last week I saw a blue Max on the LIE with blue ground effect lights. It looked very cool because the car looked as if it was floating on air. Is this legal? Will cops give tickets for "extraneous" lights. Now that X'mas is around the corner, could we decorate the Max with bllinking X'mas lights?

I have seen quite a few cars with chasing color lights around their rear license plates. Actually, the last one I saw was near a police station where the guy was cruising as if he was trying to pick up chicks? I don't think he was cruising to be ticketed.

Agreed! I was coming up I95 from Fredricksburg the other day, cruising about 90mph with a few fast movers, one of which was a sweet looking black M3 ....anyhow, I am admiring his car as we cruise for about 20 miles as the sun goes down and then this donkey turns on his neon, inside and out. Had blue interior lighting for the map light/overhead light and on the rear deck. But that's not the best part. This dude's underglow is some gay looking fusia/pink color. Damn I don't care if he has an M3, he just lost all respect! Then the guy keeps turning them off every time he passes an access road where the cops sit and then turns them back on....whatever.

I've got interior blue neons but if I get pulled over for anything, it'll be my tint and speed.

I've heard of a good idea, what do you guys think...if you have some shinny or crome rims, get small neons and mount them under the tire well. That way its not totally lame but you get a better perspective on the rim depth...thoughts???

I would suggest some curb feelers, "blue" fuzzy dice on the rear view as well as a little flower pot on the dash to complete the "look"

I've always liked white. I've seen them in pics but not on the street.
