How can I open/seal it up without damaging it?

its in the faq section... if not, here's how,oven to 200 degrees, I like to get a wet towel, and wrap the headlgiht with it to avoid anything melting... stick it in oven for 5 minutes, take it out and use a butter knife and run it around the edge. when you open it, make sure you dont get the glue on the plastic housing... to seal, put the black part in the oven to warm, then put it back together... this is a quick write up... look for the in detail one

oh yah.. the back of the headlight has 3 screws you need to remove, the big silver one doesnt need to come off...
